Description
This non-ratcheting crimper provides greater leverage than our other small terminal crimpers. As open barrel automotive terminals have decreased in size, much of the standard tooling from traditional suppliers has not kept pace with the miniaturization. While terminal specific crimpers do exist, they are very expensive and can only crimp that single terminal.
Here enters a new crimper in our lineup to fill this small terminal niche. Unsurprisingly, it comes from Japan and is exceptionally well made. While this crimper is also capable of occasionally handling larger terminals and wire gauges, we recommend this terminal if the bulk of your wiring is above 16AWG which is where this crimper really shines.
Unfortunately, this quality comes with a higher price than some of our other crimpers but this is our absolute best multi-terminal crimper when you need to go to 22AWG or when using terminals below 1.5mm blade width.
