Description

Resistor Load Board for Alternators, Fuel Pumps, Gauge Clusters, & More. Some cars require a load resistor to provide a feedback signal for an alternator, gauge clusters, fuel pumps, lighting, & other use cases. Zip Tie included. Finish in harness with heat shrink or other appropriate covering.

The resistor is 6 W capable. This means you can run a load resistor as low as 35Ω. A high voltage, high power diode is also included for flyback protection and to meet the specifications set for some load applications. The board can accept 12AWG - 16AWG. We currently have 470Ω & 180Ω available as standard options. 100Ω & 62Ω will be available soon with an aluminum heat sink as the additional power requirements demand more thermal dissipation.
