This is the Genuine Delphi Crimper, 12085270.

Compound leverage ratchet mechanism reduces operator fatigue, ensures crimp completion and provides exactly the same crimp time after time. Maximum range (conductor crimps) 22-12 AWG. Maximum range (insulation crimps) 24-14 AWG. Professional tool for crimping Weather-Pack ( Weatherpack ) and Metri-Pack ( Metripack ) 150, 280, 480 and 630 for 24-14AWG. Two crimping cavities and three seal-clinching cavities cover a wide variety of applications including Weather Pack and Metri-Pack. Will clinch seals on Metri-Pack 150, 280, 480 and 630 Series.
